1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the wintoto platform ("Platform"), you ("User", "Member", "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances are maintained and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wintoto supports a range of locally preferred payment methods, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, as well as select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wintoto Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wintoto or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without obtaining prior written consent from wintoto. wintoto's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your wintoto account at the time the relevant claim arises.

11. Termination

wintoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other Members or the integrity of the Platform.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure:

• Any pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of open bets will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
• Your account data will be retained for the period required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
